I think I may have trusted the wrong friend at work. I believe she is playing both sides, pretending not to like someone and then a friend to their face and also contributing to false rumors. Why did she turn on me? Did she tell all my secrets? Can I quickly expose her and put an end to all the lies made by others / repair this?

Is there anyone there that I can trust? Does management see through all the lies?
